IPad 2 Ups:
1. Lightweight and small
2. Fairly fast speed online and offline
3. Very Appealing style
4. Nice curved edges
5. Camera is good for video and pictures.
6. There are some free apps available (some)
7. Several fashionable and stylish accessories
8. Large amount of users
9. An amazing 10 hour battery life (over time battery life will decrease)
10. 16,32, or 64GB built in storage
11. Compatible with all iPhone Apps
12. iOS 4.3 on iPad 2
13. Touch screen able to distinguish multiple points of pressure at once.
14. Blue tooth, EDR, and Wi-Fi compatible
15. High quality apps (pricey)

IPad 2 Downs:
1. Easy to drop
2. Incompatible with a lot of external devices
3. No USB, SD and other common slots.
4. Expensive Apps
5. You will be dependent on your computer still. You are very limited in activity on iPad 2.
6. The ability to develop your own apps will cost you $100, even if you don't make any apps.
7. Difficult to plug in charging cable
8. You are unable to view and edit files like a computer or PC Tablet can.
9. Too complex to be considered user friendly. Elders, and newcomers will feel overwhelmed.
10. All adapters and external devices must be purchased separately and will not be usable for anything but Apple products.
11. iTunes required on a computer for uploading content
12. No kick-stand to prop the device up.
13. Poor and hefty writing tool when compared to PC Tablet.
14. No memory card slot
15. No stereo speakers
16. Camera is lackluster at still image photos
