If your Youtube video is going slow, or stalling it could be because your connection to the internet is too slow, or your computer is completing too many tasks at once, but wouldn't be cool to see where your speed stands next to the rest of the country? It's amazing what sites can do with cookies (pieces of text on a browsing computer that are used to recognize the visitor).
Youtube allows you to view the stats what they call a "YouTube Video Speed Test."
